We do not just fulfil a rigid scope of work; we design and deploy the exact operational solutions required to solve your specific problem.
We utilise advanced AI to accelerate our own delivery, providing you with scalable solutions that reduce costs and drive impact faster.
We prioritise data privacy and security, ensuring your enterprise maintains strict regulatory compliance through secure, private AI implementation.
We take complete ownership of the final result, directly tying our engagements and overall success to the tangible business outcomes we deliver.
What does Perform by AI deliver?
Perform by AI delivers consulting, AI, and technology solutions, and builds applied AI. On the consulting side, we support our clients with AI transformation, strategy execution, market research and intelligence, and independent consultants and interim experts. Our AI and technology solutions are developed and deployed safely and responsibly to solve specific problems and deliver a clear return on investment. Our applied AI work sits in the Perform by AI Lab, where we build products that solve real-world problems and create positive impact for communities and society, developed under responsible and ethical AI standards.
How is Perform by AI better than conventional consulting or solutions firms?
Perform by AI brings the calibre of a leading firm with more speed, more capability, and better value. A conventional consulting firm advises but is expensive, slow, and rigid. A solutions firm builds the technology but takes no accountability for your strategy or the result. We unite advisory and delivery under a single team that owns the outcome, and deliver in a fraction of the time at up to 75% less cost.
How do you work with enterprises and government?
Enterprises and government bodies engage us the way they would a top-tier firm, for the same depth of expertise and rigour, with more speed and lower cost. One senior-led team runs your engagement end to end, from strategy execution to AI adoption, pulling in the right depth from our network as the brief needs it. You work with Perform by AI throughout, not a chain of suppliers or a marketplace of strangers.
How do your fees work?
Our fees are fully transparent and margin-based, with no hidden mark-ups. You receive a costed proposal first, in as little as 3 days and up to 15 for larger scopes, and pay nothing until you approve it. For most of our services the fee is tied to the outcomes we deliver and the return we model up front. Where a service is priced by time or a fixed scope, we set that out clearly before you start.
How do you keep our data private and secure?
Data privacy and security are central to every engagement. We work to local regulations, EU GDPR, and any internal security standards your organisation requires. Protections include private AI so your data is never exposed to public models or used to train them, secure storage, mandatory human oversight, and formal confidentiality agreements. For regulated AI work, our governance experts align every deployment to the frameworks set out on our AI Transformation page.
How do you help consulting and advisory firms?
We work as your delivery partner, so you can win more bids and take on work your in-house team cannot staff. You hold the client relationship. We deliver the strategy, technology, and expert capability behind it, accountable for the work, under your brand where you need it. Advisory firms expand capacity, protect margins, and keep clients without carrying the cost of a permanent team. Engagements range from a single expert to fully managed co-delivery.
How do you help investors and businesses enter the region?
We de-risk entering the region. We equip investors and new entrants with expert-validated market intelligence and built-in operational capability, so you establish a regional footprint with less upfront capital and immediate local execution. From market and feasibility studies to the operating model and running delivery, we provide what you need on the ground, with the option to scale into a managed capability as you grow.
Which countries and regions do you cover?
We are based in Dubai and operate across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC region, and the Middle East. We also work with global firms and investors expanding into the region, bringing executive-level delivery on the ground and remotely wherever you need us.
